Over the years, he has held key leadership roles, including Director of Allied Health at CI, Director of Recruiting at Rodeo Dental & Operations, Director of Recruiting at Curative, and Principal Consultant at The Delta Companies. In these positions, he has successfully led large-scale recruitment initiatives, optimized operational strategies, and played a pivotal role in workforce planning.
